  1. I had never thought that the time of year could impact when you would want to buy a home, but you make some good points. The point you make about Spring and Summer being prime home buying times is particularly interesting. Although it is easy to see why that would be advantageous since the agents can focus more on your needs and not be distracted by too many other buyers.

Properties such as homes are always on the peak on other days but I do agree that I should buy during fall season since you said that it has reduced competition which means I get to have more choices.
